Institute Information
Applications for the Western States Virtual Leadership Institute will be due January 26, 2022. The fee for the Leadership Institute is $750 (early bird rate if application is received before 1/1) or $950 (regular rate if application is received on or after 1/1). The Leadership Institute fee includes all materials but does not include needed technology (more information below).
Institute Highlights:
The Western States Virtual Leadership Institute will run from February 16, 2022 to March 11, 2022 and will have set meeting times and individual work to be done between meetings. The schedule of meetings is as follows and all participants will be expected to be online during each block of time.

The class is limited to a select group of no more than 35 emerging leaders, offering opportunity for collaboration and an enduring network of support.
After the Western States Virtual Leadership Institute, participants will have access to other graduates and speakers, numbering over 3,100 leaders across the United States and internationally, via our online Community of Practice Leadership Network.
To participate in the Institute, participants must have access to a computer with a camera, microphone, and speakers and internet access. The Institute will use Zoom as the meeting platform. You do not need to have a Zoom account to participate, although a desktop version of Zoom is recommended.
A significant amount of preparation work is required. Prior to and throughout the Institute, participants will be asked to read two books, to submit a team leadership challenge, complete the Organizational Practices and Priorities Inventory assessment, fill out a pre-survey and to take a 360-degree assessment of leadership skills.
